You are invited to submit a paper for possible inclusion in this Special Issue.

Modern currency operates as a creature of law, necessitating a rigorous exploration of the legal frameworks that define its value and stability in the digital age. This special issue seeks contributions that analyse diverse global regulatory responses to Fintech and the complex legal questions raised by the rapid evolution of digital assets.

By examining recent financial reforms, we aim to offer new insights into the evolving landscape of payment methods and the preservation of monetary sovereignty in a shifting global economy.
