The Journal of FinTech and Digital Assets (JFDA)
International, Peer-Reviewed Scholarly Journal.
JFDA seeks experienced and emerging reviewers who can provide constructive, timely, and high-quality feedback on manuscripts submitted to the journal. Reviewers play a critical role in shaping research quality, guiding authors, and upholding scholarly rigor in one of the most rapidly evolving domains in finance.
We welcome individuals with strong expertise in areas such as:
Core Subject Areas
- Blockchain systems, smart contracts, DLT infrastructure
- Cryptocurrencies, token economies, stablecoins, DeFi
- FinTech innovation, digital payments, open banking, RegTech
- Machine learning, AI, big data, text analytics in finance
- Alternative finance (P2P lending, crowdfunding, digital credit scoring)
- Asset tokenization, digital identity, CBDCs
- Quantitative finance, computational methods, financial engineering
- Entrepreneurial finance, financial management, and digital transformation
Interdisciplinary scholars (e.g., from CS, information systems, economics, law, management, data science) are particularly encouraged to apply.
Reviewer Responsibilities
Reviewers for JFDA are expected to:
- Conduct timely and rigorous peer reviews
- Standard review time: 2 - 4 weeks per manuscript.
- Originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution
- Practical relevance and clarity of presentation
- Ethical soundness and compliance with academic standards
- Offer clear guidance to authors for improvement
- Maintain a professional and supportive tone
- Declare any potential conflicts of interest
- Treat all submitted material as confidential

Qualification Requirements
Prospective reviewers should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a PhD (completed or nearly completed) or equivalent industry expertise
- Have demonstrable research or professional experience in FinTech, digital assets, AI/data science in finance, or related fields
- Published at least one peer-reviewed journal article (preferred but not mandatory for industry experts)
- Ability to provide thorough, unbiased, and timely reviews
High-quality industry practitioners with substantial domain experience are also welcome.
